Winged Victory
Original Preliminary Pencil Sketch & Colored Pencil Sketch by Daniel A. Moore

Winged Victory  was commissioned by Washington Redskins' Coach Joe Gibbs. A limited edition of prints was published from the painting as a fundraiser for "Youth for Tomorrow," the Christian home and school for abused, wayward and underprivileged boys that was founded by Joe Gibbs. The painting features Quarterback Doug Williams, who helped turn a 10-0 first quarter deficit into a 42-10 blowout of the Denver Broncos.

Daniel A. Moore's body of work, generated from a life-long labor of love, has grown well into the millions of dollars in created value. His fine art prints have been collected by art lovers across the U.S. and in several foreign countries. But above all, his fine art limited edition prints have become treasured heirlooms of his alma mater's faithful.

For each of his major releases the artist spends hundreds of hours and even 1,000+ hours in creating the original oil painting — the all-important masterwork for a fine art print production. But, before he paints the painting, he sketches out his composition, from which he composes the larger full-color painting. This item is Mr. Moore's original preliminary pencil sketch for his full-color oil painting of All in One Spirit.

These sketches are framed in a mahogany frame with a black ribbed panel and black/gold/burgundy mats (as shown).

Total measurement with frame = 19" x 22¾"
